  1.                      WHAT DO WE OFFER ?

  3.      As  Beacon  Hill  House,  Publishers,  we  have offered
  4. writers of manuscripts a flat royalty fee of 25% of the  Net
  5. Profit on whatever we sell.  As The 45 RPM Music Company, to
  6. producers  of  music,  we  offer the same.  If your music is
  7. acceptable and if you are the sole artist presented in  that
  8. program, you will be paid a royalty of 25% of the Net Profit
  9. on  all  that we sell.  If more than one artist is presented
  10. in the program,  then  the  royalties  will  be  apportioned
  11. accordingly.  ALL ARTISTS USED will be given the appropriate
  12. credits   in   the   opening  screens  and  in  the  "flyer"
  13. documentation that accompanies the program.  If the  musical
  14. files are later used to produce a CD for commercial sales in
  15. record  shops, the same royalties apply.  (Movement into the
  16. CD market is already in our planning stage and will be  done
  17. probably within the next two to three years.)
